Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial
The trial is free. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month; the rest of the month is not refunded.
3. Yearly plans
If you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not refunded.
4. Manual payments
For bank transfer, cash or cheque payments, refunds (when due) are paid back by bank transfer within 14 working days.
5. Our mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged wrongly, we refund the extra amount in full.
